Because Bethany is an energy sensitive,
she offers an entirely different teaching style than most spiritual leaders.

She was born with an uncanny almost constant awareness of where her consciousness is parked which influences all of her work. She has taken this awareness for granted for most of her life and didn’t think it was of much value, in fact, she thought her heightened awareness was more of a nuisance. She often tried to ignore her awareness to blend in with society better.

However, over the years, she has honed her locus of awareness in all area s of life and now finds it one of the most valuable gifts she has been given in this lifetime. She has also learned that teaching others how to focus their locus of awareness more skillfully has proven fruitful for them as well. Bethany feels this is a significant gap in spiritual teachings, and strives to help people find their "locus of power" to more strategically influence situations in their lives.

Because she is highly aware of her energy field, she often finds cognitive concepts in traditional spiritual circles limiting and unsatisfying. Instead, Bethany chooses to use knowledge merely as bridges to explore our eternal nature in the energetic realm. She eliminates cognitive rumination loops by taking us right to our energy field which help us to finally reconcile the irreconcilable in our lives.

In her Spiritual Salon meetings, Bethany offers a topic, provides some perspectives, and invites participants to share their experiences of how they are struggling with the topic. Then, she offers a meditation to move our energy fields out of duality, and into the oneness of resolution.

There is no magic to this process. Just skill in the direction of wholeness. Over time, our energy fields heal, and we not only experience the benefit of feeling integrated and complete, but we know how we got there. We now understand our lives in the context of our eternal nature, and we can finally allow our spirits to rest in Infinite Love.

Over time, students become more confident of their skills, and start using them to improve all area of their lives. As we learn how to become more properly calibrated with Infinite Love, our lives become more delightful and fun. Bethany refers to this process as Becoming A Consciousness Athlete, and she says, ‘anyone can do it!”
